I’m Retiring

I’ve heard all good things must come to an end. I’ve also heard that when God closes a door He opens a window. I guess both have come true for me.

Life has kept changing since we went to the Keys.

Little Girl started high school and we had to face the fact that we aren’t able to use the camper like we used to. Mama has cried a lot, but we made the family decision to sell our motorhome.

I’m no longer a traveling bunny. I have a lot of mixed feelings about it, but as much as I hate to admit it, I’m slowing down. There’s more naps and I can’t jump as high as I used to.

So… I’m retiring my blog and I’m going to soak up whatever time I can with Little Girl when she’s around, support Mama as she works on the second book in The Furixie Series, keep putting Oreo in his place (he is so needy), and let Big Rabbit pet me more (he’s been bringing parsley home for me, which has definitely deepened our relationship).

I’m going to miss being the Traveling Bunny, but the idea of just being settled is nice too. We’ve gotten rid of some old furniture and got a new couch, so every week I enjoy family movie night (sometimes I like watching Oreo get harnessed more than the movie itself). It’s definitely different, but it can still be an adventure in its own way.

I’ve really enjoyed my travels and especially sharing them with you. Thanks so much for coming along on the ride and giving me space in your inbox. I’ll miss you.

Safe Travels,

Freedom

Enjoying my parsley from Big Rabbit.
