Oh, it’s so much fun to be camping again! Everyone’s in a great mood. I didn’t even really get into trouble when I was naughty earlier. Mama captured my mischievous look rather well in the photo below. She thinks I should have boundaries and stay in the main area. I disagree. There is a fantastically fun tunnel between Mama and Big Rabbit’s bed and their doors. If I’m in the middle Mama can’t reach me! It’s one of my favorite camping games. There’s also the mat by the door. Normally I like to be clean, but jumping in the dirt they’ve brought in brings such a strong reaction from Mama that it’s worth needing to bathe afterwards. She flaps her arms like wings, carrying on about how I’m not supposed to be on the mat. It’s one of the times I wish I could laugh like humans, because she looks ridiculous.
Unfortunately, as you can see, the main floor is not carpeted (the rug in the living room was actually bought just for me). This makes me much slower, since bunny paws are all fur (no pads like cats or dogs), which means it is easier for Mama to catch me. Of course, all I have to do is fluff my fur out and look at her innocently. Then she’ll say some nonsense like, “Now, don’t be naughty anymore. Be a good bunny,” and even though I look at her like, “Yeah, right,” I’m forgiven.
Yawn. Huh. Well, it appears I used up a lot of energy being so rambunctious. I think I’m going to take tomorrow off. I wouldn’t want to strain anything. Check back in a couple of days!
